ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Item must be returned in brand new condition with original packaging and all labels and hangtags intact.
The original receipt/proof of purchase is necessary for all returns/credits/exchanges. Returns or exchanges are subject to retailer’s exchange/returns policy.
Sale items or discontinued product may not be eligible for returns, exchanges or credit.
Happy Mouth Bits products received as gifts must also be returned/exchanged at the original place of purchase and must include the original receipt/proof of purchase to receive a refund, credit, or exchange.

Happy Mouth Bits USA Warranty
Happy Mouth Bits USA Limited 30-day Warranty against Manufacturer defect.
ERS, the US distributor of Happy Mouth Bits USA, warrants products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship during normal use and in accordance with the Manufacturer’s user instructions. Any alteration to the original product voids this warranty. Damage done as a result of the horse chewing on the bit is not considered a defect and is not covered under the warranty.
The warranty shall commence on the date of purchase from an Authorized Retailer and terminate at the end of 30-day from the date of purchase.
For the warranty to be valid, the item must be returned to the original place of purchase for inspection. If an Authorized Retailer determines manufacturer defect, the retail store’s policy will dictate if a refund, store credit or exchange will be provided. The original receipt/proof of purchase is necessary for all claims. Replacements cannot be guaranteed.
Happy Mouth Bits USA products purchased through liquidation resellers or as a discontinued products sale are not covered under the warranty. This warranty is not transferable.
